DESCRIPTION:As part of the 8-day in-situ program\, "The Art of Remembering
\," The Rabbit Hole has curated 3 performances. \nThe performances are ex
perimental extensions of the research — spaces for testing\, sensing\, a
nd discovering what can emerge when different elements are brought into re
lation. Each becomes part of an ecosystem of discovery\, where sound\, vib
ration\, geometry\, movement\, and the body interact and respond to one an
other within the landscape of The Art of Remembering.\nThe performances ex
plore questions such as: How does vibration interact with the movement of
the mirrors? How might dance indicate or reveal geometric codes? How does
movement activate a space\, and how does the space\, in turn\, affect the
body?\nThese are not fixed answers\, but experiments in motion. Sound trav
els through space\, bodies become instruments\, movement activates geometr
y\, and vibration creates invisible connections between the performers\, t
he works\, and those who encounter them.\nPerformance becomes another pass
age through the Rabbit Hole — a space where the visible and invisible me
et\, and where the research can be experienced through the body\, unfoldin
 g through movement\, sound\, rhythm\, and transmission.\n"For me\, The Art
of Remembering is a way of exploring the mysterious relationship between
the body\, sound vibration\, and memory. We can think of memory as existin
g on several different levels: cultural and ancestral memory\, genetic and
cellular memory\, but also levels of memory of the body. The sensations\,
movements\, tensions and impressions that our expériences can leave with
in us. For me\, the body is our greatest canvas. I can reveal what I choos
e to bring forward\, while at the same time concealing what I may have bur
ied\, forgotten\, or never been able to put into words. \nI see "The Art
Of Remembering" as an invitation to become curious about thèse different
layers of memory. Through Sound and vibration\, we can perhaps listen to p
arts of ourselves that are not accessible through languages or consciousne
ss.\nSound can move through the body in a way that words cannot. It can cr
eate sensation\, awaken images\, bring emotions to the surface\, or simple
allow us to become aware of what is already there.\nThe project is theref
ore not about recovering a particular memory or finding a definitive answe
 r. For me\, it is more about creating a space where remembering can happen
in its own way. Through sensation\, listening\, vibration\, and presence.
\n"The Art Of Remembering" invites us to consider memory not only as som
ething that belong to the past\, but as something alive within us\, contin
ually sharing the way we experience ourselves and the world around us." A
lexandra Cabrera is a sound therapist\, and the founder of Sound Bath Cabr
es. Originally from Colombia and trained in Nepal frm a master who taught
her various therapies related to chakras and Tibetan singing bowls. She ac
quired a deep understanding of sound and its relationship to the body\, pr
esence and inner experience.\nFor several years\, she have been guiding pe
ople seeking well-being through the power of sound\, in a nurturing\, intu
itive\, and deeply human environment. She became deeply interested in the
power of sound and its benefits to our metabolism and the wounds that shap
e us. Alexandra works closely with artists\, creating sensory performances
in galleries blending visual art and sound vibrations. These suspended mo
ments are a celebration of the connection between art\, intuition\, and he
aling.\nShe also develops interactive sound therapy sessions for children
at L'ESSOR\, a child protection organization\, to help them better manage
their emotions. Through sound\, listening games\, and playful breathing ex
ercises\, they learn to recognize their feelings\, to calm themselves\, an
d to cultivate a trusting relationship with themselves. \nProject link: w
