 ....................\nThe following is agreed upon:\nArticle 1 – Purpose
 \nparticipation in the Elegance Competition "Hats\, Elegance\, and Automob
 iles\," which celebrates sartorial elegance and the wearing of hats.\nThe 
 participant agrees to: • wear a hat that harmonizes with their outfit\;\
 n– Competition Procedure• Overall elegance\;• Originality of the out
 fit and hat\;\n• Present an elegant outfit appropriate to the competitio
 n theme\;• Respect the schedule\, the event's format\, and the organizer
 's instructions\;\nThe participant will take part in the parade and the va
 rious presentations planned by the organizer. The jury will evaluate\, in 
 particular:\nThe participant authorizes the organizer to take and distribu
 te photographs and videos taken during the event on any communication medi
 um (website\, social media\, press\, posters\, catalogs\, etc.)\, without 
 financial compensation.\n \n– Insurance and Liability\nEach participant
  is responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer cannot be hel
 d responsible for any loss\, theft\, or damage to personal belongings.\nTh
 e owner of the vehicle presented remains solely responsible for it and its
  insurance.\nThe organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the even
 t in the event of force majeure\, adverse weather conditions\, or any circ
