 nd cultivate a greater sense of presence.\nThroughout this 2-hour guided m
 editation experience\, combining conscious breathing\, gentle movement\, r
 eflection\, journaling\, and a closing sharing circle\, you'll leave feeli
 ng grounded\, refreshed\, and ready to embrace autumn with renewed energy.
  No previous meditation experience is required - this workshop is suitable
  for complete beginners as well as anyone wishing to deepen their mindfuln
 ess practice.\nAfter the session\, enjoy light appetizers and drinks in a 
 warm and welcoming atmosphere while connecting with the other participants
