DESCRIPTION: EDHEC Business School and the University of Luxembourg are p
 leased to announce the 6th Conference on Corporate Policies and Asset Pric
 es\, which will take place in person in Nice\, France\, on December 9–10
 \, 2026.The conference will focus on the interactions between corporate de
 cisions and asset prices\, broadly defined. It will feature eight paper pr
 esentations\, each followed by a discussion\, a keynote lecture\, and seve
 ral opportunities for scholarly exchange and networking.\nTOPICS: \nWe inv
 ite authors to submit original\, theoretical and/or empirical papers cover
 ing topics within the intersection of corporate finance and asset pricing\
 , broadly defined. Suitable topics include (but are not limited to):\n- 
         asset pricing anomalies and their explanations\;\n-    
      corporate finance models of asset pricing anomalies\;\n-    
      dynamic corporate finance and contracting models\, and their asse
 t pricing implications\;\n-         the asset pricing implications
  of sustainable finance\;\n-         feedback effects from asset p
 rices to corporate decisions\; and\n-         structural estimatio
