 iversal fascination in the choir's music goes back to its sensational firs
 t success in 1987.   Since then the choir has given concerts worldwide\,
  and has released 13 recordings. After their 30th anniversary in 2017 and 
 a limited edition jubilee box (sold out)\, the choir presents with "Herita
 ge" under the new conductor Katja Borulova a mixture of already-published 
 as well as new pieces. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Bulgarian Voices - Angelite is the
  ensemble name since 1995. They started to work with JARO in 1987 under a 
 french name and were successful around the world since thattime. The outst
 anding women’s choir – Angelite offers a remarkable music program\, in
  which the folklore of the ancient times enriches and renders its emotiona
 l energy to the music of today. On concert tours the world over\, the sing
 ers have roused the enthusiasm of countless listeners with their surpris- 
 ing\, enchanting and incredibly precise song - song which touches the soul
 . They showed in collabora- tions with musicians from all cultures that th
 eir mu- sical approach led them to a mysterious marvel. Performances at th
 e Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo or on the Red Square of Moscow on the occasion
  of the 850. anniversary of the City of Moscow were requested. Within the 
 wealth of colors in the program\, two songs stand out for their styles –
  they are the works of Theodosii Spassov\, recognized as the best kaval pl
 ayer in the world. His two songs in the program\, written specially for th
 is project\, reflect his view of the world – concentrated\, playful\, no
 ble\, heart-felt and natural.The remarkable Bulgarian composer Ivan Spasso
 v uses in his compositions aleatory technique with overlapped polyphonic p
 atterns. Creatively developed\, from the roots of the traditional song “
 Leilinko\, kuzum pilianze” springs a creatively developed musical work w
 ith free\, irregular harmony and soft sonority. This is one of the last so
 ngs of Ivan Spassov\, written at the end of his path of life\, specificall
 y for The Bulgarian Voices - Angelite. The music reveals the philosophy of
