 ey\, returning to it after some time\, or looking for an intensive trainin
 g focused on strong foundations\, these beginner intensive workshops are f
 or you!\nOver the years\, I’ve learned that dancing begins with understa
 nding your own body—discovering how you move and learning to trust what 
 feels natural and good to you. In these workshops\, we’ll start by explo
 ring the different ways our bodies can move\, experimenting with grooves a
 nd steps. 2 hours gives you enough time to properly commit your body to mo
 ving and dancing it all out. I am mainly trained in African Dance Styles -
  so we will be using steps and grooves from styles like Azonto\, Afrohouse
  and Amapiano.\nThese intensives are for EVERYONE\, if you have any questi
