 will be considered towards a future trip in case of postponing. Organizer
 s are to be informed about these changes at the latest 3 months prior to t
 he event. Postponing within 3 months before the start of the event is not 
 accepted by Kudissanga. In case of inability to participate/sudden illness
 /cancellation from the customer's part\, all refund claims need to be dire
 cted to one’s own travel insurance company\, not Kudissanga or our assoc
