DESCRIPTION:\n\nZayna Esuo and D-Urbanites is a colorful band with members
  who have roots in almost all corners of the world: from Chile\, the Nethe
 rlands\, Congo and Morocco to Belgium. Together they create an exciting so
 und that merges soul\, jazz and funk with a touch of pop.\nZayna Esuo grew
  up amongst London musicians and it soon became clear that she would follo
 w in her father’s footsteps. After graduating from high school\, she sta
 rted working on her own songs and had the idea to revive her father’s fo
 rmer band D-Urbanites. She now studies pop singing at the KASK music conse
 rvatory in Ghent.\nThe original band was formed in 2008 from front man and
  lead vocalist Malik Esuo (The Brix Academy\, WKD and Tales of Hypeness). 
 Together with pianist Jonas “lil ‘jo” Desmet (Madame Blavatsky\, Olg
 a Jane and Keith Canvas)\, drummer/composer Sam “N’Galula” Gysel (Ar
 no\, Arsenal and Fugu Mango) and Sebastian Pèna Ortiz (El Tattoo del tigr
 eSkala\, Contrabando) they set many stages on fire with their undisguised 
 acid-jazz vibes!\nAdd to this the super talented youngster\, Kasper Snelle
 brand (Bass) and Mr Cool himself Siemen De Man with his funky and jazzy gu
 itar rifs and you get a fiery and balanced party recipe.\nThere are also r
 egular guest artists who join in the magic on stage. Names such as: Lioney
 e (UK)\, Spencer Kennedy (UK)\, Robert Taylor (UK) and many others.\n\n
