 RDEC (World Horse Identification and Registration Data Exchange Committee)
  meeting is normally held each year during the WBFSH General Assembly and 
 run by Ifce (French Horse Riding Institute). Since 2021\, the WHIRDEC mee
 ting is organised on line. \n\n	This meeting is for Studbook managers\, t
 he National Federation\, experts on EU legislation\, central database mana
 gers and government representatives. They used to gather once or twice a y
 ear to discuss and share information on EU legislation\, horse identificat
 ion and traceability of equidae and germinal products\, horse registration
  in central database and data exchange...\n\n	This year\, we will focus on
  the implementation of Animal Health Law\, the electronic passport and dat
 a exchanges.\n\n	This 2026 Virtual Whirdec Meeting is free of charge.\n\
 n	The meeting will begin at 2:00 pm (CET Paris Time)\, the 5th of May.\n\
