DESCRIPTION:Transformational Presence: A Compass for Our Times\n In today
's restless world\, we’re challenged to meet the realities of the moment
while staying in integrity with ourselves and true to who we are called t
o be and what is ours to do.  \nJoin Alan Seale for an exploration of “
Transformational Presence\,” an approach to conscious living and leading
that calls forth the best from people\, situations\, organizations\, and
societies in service of a greater good and the well-being of all. Over the
  last 20 years\, Alan has created a broad foundation of tools\, skills\, a
nd approaches for living and leading with awareness and intention. \nLike
a compass\, Transformational Presence helps us find direction and focus t
o move forward. It doesn’t tell us what to do nor does it solve our prob
lems for us. Instead\, it gives us practical and powerful ways to approach
whatever challenge or opportunity is in front of us. For many people all
over the world\, Transformational Presence has become a compass for our ti
 mes.
