 ackage?\n\n	 \n\nINTRODUCTION \n\nWith the new year has come the right mo
 ment for you - local Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) - to co-bu
 ild your own Community of Practice! A place offering you diverse collabora
 tion and capacity-building opportunities so that you do not need to ‘rei
 nvent the wheel’ each time you face a new challenge.\n\nAt the informal 
 EU Peers ‘coffee meeting’ in December 2023\, participating IHRS told u
 s what they expected from the community. Let’s make it happen together!
  \n\nJoin our first seasonal trans-national meeting open to IHRS from all
  European countries!\n\nGood to know: national Community platforms\, commu
 nicating in national languages\, are also being created in Italy\, France\
 , Spain\, Latvia\, Hungary and Ireland! \n\nAGENDA\n\nIn the residential 
 sector\, the market offer for energy renovations is fragmented\, composed 
 of a myriad of micro and small companies\, and mostly uncoordinated. On th
 e demand side\, most homeowners lack the capacity to set-up and supervise 
 complex and ambitious projects. \n\nIntegrated Home Renovation Services (
 IHRS) are THE answer to this challenge. They are offering a package of ser
 vices that makes the complex renovation process attractive\, simple\, tail
 or-made and accessible to all homeowners. \n\nHow did you set up an attra
