 7 December\, Nada Rejeb\, will be the guest speaker of the Management and 
 Strategy Department’s Research Seminar\, to present her paper on “Fami
 ly Business Paradox: Exploring the Interplay between Corporate Governance 
 and Financial Performance”\n\n	Nada Rejeb is Associate Professor of Stra
 tegy and Entrepreneurship at Paris School of Business (PSB). She is also p
 rogram coordinator of the Master of International Business at PSB. Her res
 earch interests mainly revolve around entrepreneurship\, innovation\, know
 ledge networks\, and collaborative relationships\, with a specific interes
 t in family firm strategies.\n\n	Her study explores how family firms balan
 ce institutional and family logics for an efficient governance structure. 
 It sheds light on how the financial performance is affected by the governa
 nce practices induced by the market logic and family objectives.\n\n	 \n
